Return Window
You have 15 days from the date of receipt to request a return. To qualify, items must be:- Unused and in original condition
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

How to Initiate a Return
Contact our support team at officials.swiftza@gmail.com with your Order Number and a brief reason for the return. Please include photos if the item is damaged or defective. -
Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of your refund status.- Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method.
- Refund timing depends on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), Swiftza covers return shipping.
- For change of mind returns, you are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
