Swiftza Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Swiftza. Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to assist you.

  1. Return Window
    You have 15 days from the date of receipt to request a return. To qualify, items must be:

    • Unused and in original condition
    • In the original packaging
    • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
  2. How to Initiate a Return
    Contact our support team at officials.swiftza@gmail.com with your Order Number and a brief reason for the return. Please include photos if the item is damaged or defective.

  3. Refunds
    Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of your refund status.

    • Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method.
    • Refund timing depends on your card issuer’s policies.
  4. Shipping Costs

    • If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), Swiftza covers return shipping.
    • For change of mind returns, you are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
  5. Non-Returnable Items
    The following items cannot be returned:

    • Perishable goods
    • Personalized or custom-made products
    • Items marked as "Final Sale"
